Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. All returns must meet the requirements below:
You must request an RMA # within 10 days of receiving your order at customercare@perfectdaybridals.com
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc.)
Merchandise must have all tags attached or it will not be accepted.
Must not be a FINAL SALE item
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 5 business days have passed.
Defective Items:
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at customercare@perfectdaybridals.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size.
Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
